Baked Tofu
INGREDIENTS
12-15 oz block of extra-firm tofu
cut into bite-sized cubes.
layer flat on a tea towel, and cover the top with a tea towel.
place weights atop for 15-20 minutes, draining the tofu of excess water.
2 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp of cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 400F.
In a bowl, toss your pressed tofu with the oil. Then, mix in the cornstarch till all bites are evenly coated.
Line the tofu onto a baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 30 minutes, tossing the tofu at the 15-minute mark. Tofu should be golden around the edges.
